Booking and Reservation

2.1. Studio space bookings must be made in advance through our designated booking system or by contacting our administration team.

2.2. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ArtSpot403.

2.3. Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of booking fees.

3. Studio Usage

3.1. The studio space is to be used solely for artistic and creative endeavors such as painting, drawing, sculpting, photography, etc.

3.2. Users must comply with all safety regulations and guidelines provided by ArtSpot403 while using the studio space and facilities.

3.3. Any equipment or materials provided by ArtSpot403 must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition as received.

 

4. Conduct

4.1. Respectful behavior towards fellow users, staff, and the studio property is mandatory at all times.

4.2. Any behavior deemed disruptive, offensive, or harmful will result in immediate expulsion from the premises, and future access may be revoked.

4.3. Users are responsible for any damage caused to studio property or equipment due to negligence or misuse.

 

5. Liability

5.1. ArtSpot403 is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought onto the premises by users.

5.2. Users are solely responsible for their own safety and well-being while on the premises of ArtSpot403.

5.3. ArtSpot403 reserves the right to refuse access to individuals who pose a risk to themselves, others, or the property.

 

6. Payment and Fees

6.1. All studio usage fees must be paid in full prior to utilizing the space, unless otherwise agreed upon with ArtSpot403.

6.2. Additional charges may apply for equipment rental, specialized services, or extended usage beyond the agreed booking period.

 

7. Privacy

7.1. ArtSpot403 may collect personal information for the purpose of managing bookings and providing services. This information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

 

8. Amendments

8.1. ArtSpot403 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes in advance.

8.2. Continued use of the studio space after amendments to the terms and conditions will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
